Beth Corson, CEO

An alumnus of Ernst & Young, Corson has a proven executive management track record and over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing accelerated growth strategies. As a serial entrepreneur, she has raised over $200 million in capital.

Jill Waibel, MD

Dr. Waibel is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She specializes in cutaneous laser surgery, general and cosmetic dermatology and is the founder of the Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute. She trains surgeons for the Navy and is active with the Wounded Warriors.

Charles Boyd, MD

Dr. Boyd is board-certified by the highly elite American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Boyd has experience as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan for over 14 years, serving as an assistant professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Otolaryngology.

Ramon Montero, PhD

Dr. Montero is an award-winning scientist in the field of regenerative medicine successfully patenting several technologies. He has extensive skills in rapid prototyping, product development, human centered design, project management, sales technical support, and R&D strategy.

Isabelle Lovel

With over 10 years of experience in the medical device and drug therapy sector, Lovel is a Quality Assurance Manager known for her expertise in building and maintaining quality management systems and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Darwing Rivas

Rivas’s expertise encompasses bioassays, formulation chemistry, cell culture, multi-color flow cytometry, RNASeq analysis, and project management. His passion for scientific inquiry and commitment to improving patient outcomes drive him to excel in his role as Senior Scientist, where he continues to be a key contributor in the development of innovative cell-based therapeutic products.
